  [S3190] Find A Grave, Frank Richard Allsop; 73532734; St Mary Churchyard (Cenotaph), Tissington; 19 November 2024. Mr Frank Richard Allsop, 43, came from Devon England. When he signed onto the Titanic he gave his address as Obelisk Rd, Southampton (elsewhere recorded as Woolston, Hampshire). His sister, Mrs H. McLaren was a stewardess on the ship. Mr Allsop died in the sinking, his body, if recovered, was never identified. Buried beneath the waves of the Atlantic ocean. Titanic disaster victim. There is a Cenotaph (non burial tribute monument) for him at St. Mary's Churchyard, Tisisngton. Frank had worked for many wealthy families as a footman and butler. He worked on the Olympic before joining the Titanic as a Steward. In 1904 he married Elizabeth Purdue, and they had a daughter named Nellie who was born October 5 1904.
